NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN TO
THE USERS OF THE
PUBLIC SEWER
The Norfolk Sewer District, Norfolk, CT.
that the annual fee imposed upon every
building and/or residence within the
boundary of the Norfolk Sewer District
which is connected or is eligible to be
connected to the public sewer is due and
payable in two installments on July 1, 2009.
The first installment due on or before
August 1,

2009

and the second installment
is due on or before February 1, 2010.
A Second Billing is not sent. Interest is at
the rate of 1 1/2 % for each month which
shall have elapsed from the time when the
fee shall have become due shall be charged
for all delinquent fees. Each fractional part
of a month shall be considered to be the
equivalent of a whole month. Checks are to
be mailed to:

Payments cannot be made at the
Norfolk Town Hall, 19 Maple Avenue.
