Cabin fever isn’t a problem for these Norfolk kids, who play together every Monday afternoon in the Balls & Tots play group. Ann & Josh Decerbo host the weekly event, a program sponsored by the Norfolk Recreation Committee. All preschoolers and their parents are welcome to join in the fun from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m in the Botelle gymnasium.  This program runs through April 5, and then begins again in late fall.
