Assistance For Tax Relief and Prescription Drugs

Elderly and disabled residents should contact the assessor’s office at 860-542-5287 for information on the Elderly and Totally Disabled Tax Relief Programs.

The Board of Finance will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 29 to present the budget for the fiscal year 2013-2014. The hearing will be held at the Botelle School Hall of Flags at 7 p.m.

In addition to the ProAct prescription card, the Town of Norfolk also participates in a prescription assistance program for residents who have income levels up to 300% of the federal income poverty level. Assistance is available for individuals and families who do not have health insurance or are having difficulty meeting their insurance co-pays.
