Police arrested Robert Pallone on October 4, 2016, charging him with two counts of felony and two of misdemeanor relating to an incident that occurred on February 27, 2016.

Pallone, 61, is an accountant and the owner of the Royal Arcanum Building on Station Place, where the arrest took place. He was released from custody on a $5,000 bond.

Pallone’s arraignment occurred in Bantam Superior Court on October 17, and a plea hearing is scheduled for November 9.
