If Anita Holmes seems even busier than usual, it’s because she is running the Winsted Health Center. The officers of the Winsted Health Center Board of Trustees have taken over the management of the Center upon the resignation of its executive director, Carey W. Plummer. Plummer, who had been at the Center for only five months, cited personal reasons for his decision to resign and return to his home state of Ohio. Holmes is the president of the Board of Trustees. Until a new executive director is found, she will share management responsibility with Gary Jamieson of Winsted, vice president; Marga Matheny of Riverton, secretary; and Elizabeth Vergo of Colebrook, treasurer.
