Died, William Patrick Hercules Tailyour formerly of Norfolk, September 27, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Povall Tailyour of Oxford, Mississippi; a son, Ian, of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; a daughter, Lillian, of Charleston, South Carolina; and a sister, Mrs. Fred (Morag) Barnes of Minehead, England. He was predeceased in 2000 by a beloved son, Alexander.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 113 South 9^th Street, Oxford, MS 38655, or to their local Humane Society.
