Assessment change notices following the revaluation of all Norfolk real estate were mailed to all property owners last week. If you have not received such a notice, please contact our office to verify your current mailing address. Reminder: please be sure to submit all mailing address changes, in writing, to our office in a timely manner.
Beginning Feb. 1, the Assessor’s Office will begin accepting applications for the State of Connecticut’s Elderly or Totally Disabled Homeowners Program and Additional Veteran’s Exemptions. Applications, information on income limits and information on all tax relief programs are available from the Assessor’s Office at 860-542-5287 or from the town website, www.norfolkct.org.
