At the age of six, Li Liu began her acrobatic training and went on to win a gold medal in Paris France, in 1984. She came to the United States from China in 2000 with Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus. She recently visited Norfolk to perform to an appreciate crowd at Norfolk Library.
