The Norfolk Community Association unveiled Jon Riedeman’s sculpture, the Owl of Good Fortune, at Robertson Plaza on Sept. 2. The sculpture is the first installation of a sculpture trail planned to connect Norfolk’s monuments and cultural highlights.
