Less than two months after the official groundbreaking, construction of 10 affordable homes on Haystack Woods Road has moved into high gear. The outside walls, which are fabricated off site, are now in place, along with the framework for solar-equipped carports. The homes are being developed by the Foundation for Norfolk Living, a local non-profit, with the help of grants from the state Department of Housing and built by David Jones of Revival Homes, LLC.
