The Economic and Development Commission has prepared a welcome folder for new home buyers in Norfolk. Folders have been sent to everyone who bought property here in the past two years and to all local real estate agents. There will also be copies available in the Hub and the Norfolk Library. The folders include a directory of organizations, businesses and activities, including local schools, restaurants, utilities, and places of worship and recreation. There is also yearly calendar of events, flyers from a variety of organizations (such Library Associates and the Yale Norfolk School of Music) and a list of volunteer opportunities in town.
