State Police Troop B, in North Canaan, reported that early on the morning of March 16, there was in incident in the parking lot of the Norfolk Town Hall. The driver of a truck ran into a unoccupied car that was parked in the lot. The driver, who was not injured, left the scene of the accident on foot, but he contacted Troop B the next morning. He was issued a summons for evading the scene of an accident. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene by George’s garage.
