The Weekend in Norfolk committee is amazed and thrilled to be looking back on a seventh successful WIN weekend! For seven straight years—even during Covid—half the population of Norfolk has been getting together to welcome visitors with a summer festival that celebrates our town. Considering that they also step up and put on a winter festival, about to enter its sixth year, that is truly remarkable. Thank you all! We are proud to be among you.
