The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing upstairs in Town Hall on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023, at 6:45 p.m., to consider an application for a re-subdivision of property at 77 Sunset Ridge Road for a single family home.

Immediately following the above hearing on Nov. 14, the Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application from the Town of Norfolk Fire Department for property located at 20 Shepard Road. This application is to consider facilities for the Town of Norfolk and village district review in accordance with the provisions of the Norfolk zoning regulations.

At this hearing, interested parties may appear and be heard and written communication will be received. A copy of the proposed application will be available in the town clerk’s office for review and is posted on the town website.
