Volunteers Much Appreciated

Thank you to everyone who made the Norfolk Land Trust’s 12th annual trail races on Oct. 5 a resounding success. The weather was perfect and it was our largest race to date. We had 140 runners from throughout the region register for the races and they were impressed, not only with land trust trails, but also with event volunteers. We are especially grateful for the dedicated volunteers with the Norfolk Lions Club Ambulance and the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department for keeping everyone safe and helping to make the race run smoothly. We also appreciate Pete-za Mobile Pizza and Norbrook Farm Brewery for providing refreshments this year.
