10 Station Place in New Hands

Like many New Englanders, Norfolk residents can be allergic to change. Then again, some changes are practically invisible. Such is the case with the sale of 10 Station Place, the historic former station for the Central New England Railway. In December, the property was sold for $750,000 by Ten Station Place LLC to 10SP LLC.

Translation? An entity controlled by Ann Coleen Hellerman sold the property to an entity owned by Jonathan Rotolo and Alexander Thomson. The investment firm they founded in 2006, Great Mountain Partners, has long had offices at 10 Station Place. The bottom line, said Rotolo, is that no changes are planned, including to the hotly contested bocce tournament held each fall. “We like it just the way it is,” he said. Current tenants include the IceBox Café and the offices of Great Mountain Forest.
