Jennifer Pfaltz and Fredo will be there and hope that the rest of Norfolk will join them on Friday, July 3, for a special edition of Friday Night on the Green. The steeple bells at the United Church of Christ will ring out at 6 p.m., heralding the start of Norfolk Celebrates America 250 and the arrival of a cavalcade of cyclists parading from Town Hall.
