Breakfast With Santa!
Take the kids out and enjoy the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department’s twentieth annual Breakfast with Santa, a buffet-style breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, juice and coffee. Bring your camera—great photo opportunity for the family!
Proceeds will benefit the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department. Saturday, December 6 from 7 to 10 a.m.
at Battel Chapel (on the Village Green). Tickets are
$7 for adults,
$5 for seniors and children under 12.
Children under 5 admitted free.
Tickets are available at the door.

Cookie Sale at Farmers Market
The Church of Christ is having a fundraiser cookie sale on December 6 at the Farmer’s Market. The cookies will be boxed and decorated. To pre-order, please call the church at 860-542-5721 or Linda Deloy at 860-542-1873. Preordered cookies are $12 per box. On the day of the sale, cookies are $15 per box.

Colebrook Historical Society Holiday Open House
Refreshments and good cheer! The open house will include a silent auction of miniature trees, wreaths and Christmas treasures; a performance by students from Colebrook Consolidated School; a holiday sing-a-long; and a reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.” Sunday, December 7, from 3 to 5 p.m.

Santa Special Christmas Eve Delivery
To have Santa and his fire engine arrive at your Norfolk home on Christmas Eve between 4 and 6 p.m., simply drop off your pre-wrapped and labeled gifts at the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department on Monday evenings between 6 and 7:30 p.m. with a check made out to the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department. We suggest a $10 donation per gift recipient. Email norfolkfiredept@sbcglobal.net with any questions. Norfolk residences only.

Inca Son Performs at Library
Award-winning band Inca Son brings the South American folk tradition to the Norfolk Library in a holiday performance on Tuesday, Dec. 30 at 2 p.m. Dressed in the colorful garb of their Inca forebears, the ensemble bridges barriers of language, culture, race and age in a lively performance of vibrant music and dance from their Peruvian homeland in the Andes Mountains.

Second Annual Chili Cook-off Extravaganza
The Immaculate Conception Church Women’s Club is holding its Second Annual Chili Cook-Off Extravaganza on Saturday, February 28, 2015. Chili Cook-off participants need to submit an entry form, available from Sally O’Brien (860-542-6035) or Gerry Brodnitzski (860-542-5641).
