Hi Sue: I will not take up much of your time; however, I do have a comment that is of some interest to me. I have learned that it is possible that an Agricultural Department teacher might be eliminated due to tight finances. I think that would be an enormous mistake. I have seen how professional and how kind the Agricultural Department teachers are with the kids. They came to my house to pick apples and were extremely polite and careful with my yard. They loved interacting with each other and in fact, with their teachers and wanted to learn. In fact, I was able to listen to the teachers instruct the kids on the proper way to treat the trees and other things related to apple trees. You must understand that many young people will not attend college but they want to be successful. This program succeeds in preparing them for that success. Please use your considerable influence to not cut a teacher from this program. Thank you, Rosemary
