Judy and Ken Ludwig would like to announce the engagement of their youngest son, Matthew Joseph Ludwig, to Lisa Marie Richards, daughter of Grace and Arthur Richards of Northfield, Conn. Matthew is a lifelong resident of Norfolk and is employed as a Litchfield County 911 Dispatcher and is the Norfolk Fire Chief. Lisa is the Executive Chef at ‪Infinity Hall‬ Norfolk, and a graduate of Paul Smiths College. An October wedding in Norfolk, where the couple resides, is planned.
