A total of 12 teams took part in the Valentine’s Day Mixed Bonspiel, organized by the Norfolk Curling Club.  Four teams were from the home club, the other eight were from visiting clubs.

NY Caledonian, led by Jeff Lesuk, won the main challenge, the Childs Cup. The runners-up were Norfolk 1, led by Dave Pilbin & Russell Russ.

Norfolk 4, led by Jon Barbagallo, narrowly defeated a team from Utica in an extra end, to win the Founder’s Trophy.

Pinehurst, captained by George and Pat Dyer along with former Norfolk residents Clem Jowett and Laurel MacLennan, defeated Albany to win the Sap Pitcher.

Norfolk 3, led by Deborah Lane-Olson, defeated LBI (Long Beach Island) to win the Snow Bowl.
