Unbeknownst to most of Norfolk,  Tobey Pond awakens to magical music early on Sunday mornings in the summer. Vocal music is accompanied by guitar, flute and marimba, with background songs provided by the sounds of hawk, wood thrush, duck, curious dog and the occasional wolf. The peaceful and spiritual gathering is a simple service led by Pastor Erick Olsen and all are welcome. The sound echoes across the misty bucolic site that is Tobey pond. —Nancy Herzig
