Nadeau for $190,000. Andy and Barbara Gomez sold property on Roughland Road to Roughland Road LLC for $1,037,500.

Maple Avenue Residents Arrested
Two men were arrested on September 27. Michael Chapell, age 21, was charged with
first-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree sexual assault, disorderly conduct, and
second degree criminal attempt to commit burglary, as well as six drug-related offenses.
David Bain, age 21, of the same address, was arrested on the same drug-related offenses.
The cases are pending before the Bantam Superior Court.

Fishing and Hunting Licenses
New licenses will be available at Town Hall on December 1, just in time for holiday
giving.
