Mark Ludwig and Ken Ludwig works together to put new signs on light poles in the center of Norfolk. The banners, purchased with funds raised for the town’s 250th anniversary celebration, commemorate Norfolk’s status as the Icebox of Connecticut. They will adorn Route 44 and Station Place for the winter season.
