To the inhabitants of the Norfolk Sewer District in the Town of Norfolk, Connecticut, legally qualified to vote in said District. You are hereby notified and warned that the Annual Meeting of the Norfolk Sewer District in the Town of Norfolk will be held at the Town Hall, 19 Maple Avenue, Norfolk, CT on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 7:30 P.M. for the following purposes, to wit:

1. To receive the reports of various Officers and Committees.

2. To elect officers of the Norfolk Sewer District for the ensuing year.

3. To adopt a budget.

4. Lay the tax defining percentage of budget (45%) for Unit Fee, (55%) for Usage Fee.

5. Fix the tax rates for Unit Fee (dividing 45% of the budget by the number of Units in the District) and Usage Fee (dividing 55% of the budget by the meter readings from the Water Company servicing the District) for gallonage used from October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008.

6. Any other business proper to come before this meeting.
