The Annual Town Meeting will be held Monday, May 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the Hall of Flags at Botelle Elementary School. Household Hazardous Waste Day is Saturday, June 6, from 9:00 a.m. to noon in Falls Village at the Public Works Garage. Anyone interested must sign up in the Selectmen’s Office. Please call 542-5829 if you have any questions. This is a great opportunity to get rid of oil paints, fertilizers and any of those materials you don’t know how to dispose of. Connecticut Resource and Recovery is sponsoring their Electronic Collections on Saturday, June 20 at the Water Treatment Plant on Bogue Road in Torrington. This is a great opportunity to get rid of those old computers, faxes, printers, etc. It’s free of charge and they will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
