Members and friends of the Norfolk Connecticut Children’s Foundation (NCCF) gathered recently to honor Rod Perkins for his twenty-five years of service to the group.  Perkins officially retired from his position earlier this year, and Donald Tobias, who has also served on the NCCF board since its inception, is the new foundation president.
The NCCF was established in 1985 by Norfolk residents who wanted to improve the likelihood that no Norfolk child would be denied civic, educational, social or cultural enrichment opportunities because of financial need.   The Foundation is managed by a five person Board of Directors, which meets at least quarterly to review grant requests. – Jennifer Morgan
