Milestone Died: Arnold Fraiman, age 82, of New York City and Norfolk, on September 20, 2008. A former judge on the New York Supreme Court, he was a member of the Doolittle Club and the Norfolk Country Club. He is survived by his wife, Genevieve, and children Susan and Peter.
